The organization is governed by the Board of Directors, each bringing professional and personal experiences that aligns with Ride On St. Louis’s mission and goals. The board actively participates in meeting attendance, executive compensation decisions, and strategic planning, ensuring that the organization remains on a strong and sustainable path.

Dominic Lampasi

PRESIDENT

Dominic Lampasi is the Chief Marketing Officer at The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, where he leads global marketing and communications initiatives. With two decades of experience in media sales, talent management, and marketing, Dominic previously served as Vice President at Premiere Networks, an iHeartMedia, Inc. Company, and held leadership roles at CBS. He first connected with Ride On St. Louis in 2010 as a Junior Board Member and now serves as President of the Board of Directors.

Marita Wassman

VICE PRESIDENT

Marita Wassman is a credentialed Advanced Therapeutic Riding Instructor with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International and has nearly 50 year's professional equine experience, including formal training with under Liz Young Millard, a member of the 1968 United States Olympic Equestrian Team.

Tina Becker

TREASURER

Tina Becker is a dedicated professional at Costco, where she demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence. A devoted mother, grandmother, and wife, she values family and community engagement. Tina discovered Ride On St. Louis in 2015 during a personally challenging time and found fulfillment through volunteering. She has since embraced a variety of roles within the organization, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to its mission. Passionate about making a difference, Tina remains committed to supporting Ride On St. Louis and its positive impact on the community.

Diane Eagen

DIRECTOR

Diane Eagen and her husband, Jerry, have raised four sons, one of whom has followed in his father's footsteps in military service. With a background in homeschooling and a career as an aerobics instructor, Diane is passionate about staying active and giving back to her community. She enjoys traveling, cycling, and engaging in volunteer work. Since 2021, Diane has been a dedicated volunteer at Ride On St. Louis, contributing to program delivery, fundraising, and various initiatives that support the organization’s mission.

David Goetz

DIRECTOR

David Goetz is dedicated to serving others and has spent his career and personal life supporting his community. He is the Founder and former Executive Director of Kids In Need and actively volunteers in various outreach programs, events, and athletic activities within his parish and church. With over 35 years of experience in the food and service industry, David has worked in private dining clubs with the St. Louis Cardinals organization and Chaifetz Arena. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his four children and family and collecting sports memorabilia.

Terry Boxdorfer

DIRECTOR

With more than 20 years of experience as an orthopedic nurse practitioner, Terry Boxdorfer has dedicated her career to helping others heal and regain mobility. Upon her recent retirement, she was eager to deepen her involvement with Ride On St. Louis, fulfilling a promise she made years ago to give back when the time was right. Over the years, Terry has volunteered in many capacities, from collecting recyclable aluminum cans to chairing golf tournaments, and now proudly serves on the Board of Directors. She is excited to take on new challenges, contribute to the organization’s mission, and collaborate with others who share her dedication to improving lives through equine-assisted services. “Combining my love for horses with the opportunity to help others is a perfect fit,” Terry shares. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see the joy and progress that individuals experience through these programs.”

Advisory Board

The advisory board provides guidance, expertise, and recommendations to the board of directors in an a consultatory capacity to counsel strategic planning, offer specialized knowledge, and help Ride On St. Louis carry out its mission, without participating in official governance votes.
